We Buy Real Estate!
Ben Grise, Owner and Operations Manager
Ben started this business to allow him to spend more time at home with his family. Prior to investing in Real Estate Ben travelled the country working as an EMR Trainer where he taught nurses and doctors how to chart on their medical record software. Ben knew he wanted to be closer to home, and learned all that he could about investing in real estate. He then used that knowledge to start BenBuysIndyHouses.com with a goal to provide sellers with a quick and hassle free selling experience.
Prior to working in the medical industry, Ben earned his Bachelors degree in Telecommunications and a Masters in Education from Ball State University.
Ben has a wife, Kortney, who handles a lot of the graphic design and marketing for the company. Ben and Kortney are parents to Nolan, their young two year old son.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing with Nolan, playing golf, and competing in the World Series of Poker. Ben is happy to answer any real estate related questions you have. Feel free to email him at BenBuysIndyHouses@gmail.com or call him at 317-455-6768 anytime.
Kortney Grise, Marketing and Administrative Assistant
Kortney handles a lot of the graphic design and visual marketing for BenBuysIndyHouses. She also also helps Ben with some of the day to day administrative responsibilities that come with operating the company.
Kortney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts Management from Ball State University and has over 11 years of creative graphic design and print experience.
Kortney is also Ben’s wife. They have an active 3-year-old named Nolan, a 2nd child on the way, and a 10-year-old Puggle dog named Oscar.
In her spare time Kortney keeps busy with their son Nolan, but she also enjoys spending time with friends and family, being crafty and traveling.
